Esme is a crafty fox. She makes her own greetings cards, sews, knits and crochets; she’ll turn her hand to pretty much anything that involves needles or PVA glue. She has seven children who have an extensive dressing-up box and are always winning school costume competitions. Whether it’s for the Nativity, Easter parade or Halloween, this vixen knows exactly how to throw together the perfect outfit. When she’s not threading elastic through headdresses or gluing beads onto shoes, she sells her six-shade intarsia tea cosies through an online marketplace.

This is a TOFT pattern from the book ‘Edwards menagerie’. This little vixen was chosen to be made for my Grandma’s birthday. Her birthday was during the 2020 Covid-19 lockdown, so we were unable to go shopping. But in my opinion, homemade gifts are much better!
